Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, plans, and objectives to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the flour mill industry.
Analyze competitors’ market, customer preferences, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
Explore and identify potential new markets, customer segments, and product opportunities to expand the company`s presence and revenue streams in the flour milling industry.
Maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities and secure long-term partnerships.
Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions to meet their requirements while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the consumer sales team, providing guidance and ensure sales support 24/7 so that they meet individual and team sales goals.
Establish performance targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement training and development programs to enhance the team`s capabilities.
Ensure effective market visit and field monitoring for identifying the gap of market, and sales team, take initiative to resolve those problem in effective way also manage customer complain smoothly
Provide regular reports to the management on sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
