∎ Master's Degree in Accounting/Management and/or MBA (major in Finance/Accounting/Management), with 2 years of relevant professional experience
∎ Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Management, with 3 years of relevant professional experience in an international/ national NGO
∎ CMA/CA (Partly qualified) completed preferred, but not required.

The Senior Finance Associate position will support and assist the IUCN Bangladesh Finance unit at the country level to ensure effective and successful completion of Finance and Accounts related activities for IUCN Bangladesh.
