∎ Strong track record of stakeholder engagement, policy influence, and inter-agency collaboration.
∎ Experience in business development, fundraising, and project acquisition within sustainability consulting.
∎ Exceptional leadership, research, and communication skills.

∎ We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Fellow/Director – Sustainability & ESG to lead strategic sustainability initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and policy development. This role is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about shaping climate policies, ESG frameworks, and corporate sustainability strategies at both national and international levels.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Lead sustainability and ESG strategy development, integrating global best practices with Bangladesh’s regulatory landscape.
∎ Supervise ESG reporting and assurance services, integrating IFRS S1 & S2, GRI, SBTi, ISSA, and other international sustainability frameworks.
∎ Develop and implement decarbonization and net-zero strategies for industries and financial institutions.
∎ Provide policy advisory and advocacy support on climate resilience, sustainable finance, and environmental regulations.
∎ Engage with government agencies, corporate leaders, and development partners to foster strategic collaborations and policy influence.
∎ Lead capacity building programs including executive training, workshops and workshops, and technical assistance on sustainability and green finance.
∎ Lead business development initiatives, securing consulting projects and funding for sustainability-driven solutions.
∎ Supervise high-quality research, reports, and publications on climate change, ESG integration, and sustainable development.
