Additional Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in media buying or performance marketing
  • Proven experience managing budgets and ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and optimization techniques
  • Experience with pixel implementation, event tracking, and UTM parameters
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, and third-party reporting dashboards
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Certification in Meta and/or Google Ads is a plus


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other relevant platforms.
  • Set up audience targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies to meet campaign objectives such as traffic, engagement, or conversions.
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages that convert.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPM, Conversion Rate, etc.) and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, and targeting to maximize efficiency.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices for ad placement and budget allocation.
  • Manage media budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI from each campaign.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to align campaigns with ongoing promotions, product launches, and seasonal goals.
