∎ Graduate or Post-graduate in Science background from a reputed University/ Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for business development in responsible area.
∎ Maintain contact with all prime targeted referral sources.
∎ Identify new referral sources plus follow up with ejected clients to find out needs to re-establish relation.
∎ Brick-wall loyal customer to protect current and future business.
∎ Share scientific knowledge and information to various customers on services.
∎ Organize scientific events (CME, RTD etc.) to develop customer.
∎ Initiate and manage various projects and business-related activities.
∎ Support customer as per requirement to create value.
∎ Monitor competitor activity and share reports.
∎ Maintain relation with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Ensure reporting of complaints, queries and customer feedback within 1 business day.
∎ Maintain and protect SOP, compliance and core values of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Practical work experience in relevant field preferably in hospital, diagnostic or pharmaceuticals industry.
∎ The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of practical experience;
