Job Responsibilities:
∎ To search/collect potential product information & lead through reference, banner, social media and other way.
∎ To arrange project visit for procurement.
∎ To do financial analysis to procure products.
∎ To do meeting with prospective customers and negotiate with them.
∎ Draft agreements and other necessary documents.
∎ To take management approval for procurement of the products.
∎ Arrange a signing ceremony.
∎ Circular for products selling.
∎ Maintain office file.
∎ Collect and disburse customers payment.
∎ Prepared daily, weekly, monthly and yearly report.
∎ Any kind of job assigns by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have the overall knowledge of real estate sector including sales, marketing etc.
∎ An excellent knowledge of the English language is mandatory in reading, writing and speaking.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
