• Strong knowledge of Internal Audit control systems, risk assessment, and audit methodologies.
• Good command in audit reporting system
• Good understanding of garments/textile manufacturing processes, especially in knit garment
• Capable to identify the gap and make a recommendation to reduce/control the discrepancy
• Strong communication & interpersonal skill to interact with cross-functional team
• High level of integrity, professionalism & dedication towards works

Looking for a Senior Executive/Asst. Manager - Internal Audit

Candidate should have Business academic background with professional degree (CA-CC) with minimum 5 years of working experience in RMG/Textile Industry. Having good knowledge of process audit specially in Chemical store will give preference.

Perform detailed operational, financial, compliance, and process audits covering all key areas such as production, procurement, inventory, costing, and compliance.

• Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes across manufacturing and commercial functions.
• Ensure strict adherence to the companay’s policies, buyer requirements, labor laws, environmental and safety regulations.
• Validate costing accuracy, raw material consumption, wastage, and inventory controls of Chemical store
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations; present findings and risk insights to senior management
• Track implementation of corrective actions and process improvements identified through audit observations.
• Mentor and guide audit team members, promoting skill development and ensuring high-quality audit execution.
• Lead special audits, fraud investigations, and ad-hoc assignments as requested by senior management.
