Job Description / Responsibilities
Fortis Builders Limited is seeking a motivated and target-oriented professional for the position of Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing (Real Estate). The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales, developing client relationships, and contributing to the success of the sales & marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new prospects and achieve individual sales targets for flats and land projects.
Conduct direct sales, corporate sales, and NRB (Non-Resident Bangladeshi) sales.
Provide detailed project information, explain offerings, and guide clients through the decision-making process.
Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Assist in preparing booking documents, payment schedules, allotment letters, and agreements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and documentation as per company policy.
Support after-sales formalities and ensure smooth client service.
Research and analyze market opportunities to identify potential prospects.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the departmental head.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall departmental objectives.
