Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Participate in qualification activities for sterile operations, including aseptic process simulation, airflow visualization, gowning validation and area qualification;
∎ Execute equipment qualification for sterile manufacturing, such as autoclaves, de-pyrogenation tunnels and automatic visual inspection machines;
∎ Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines to maintain sterile product quality;
∎ Lead a team effectively while ensuring quality and productivity;
∎ Oversee daily production activities and manage manpower efficiently;
∎ Develop SOPs & EOPs for new equipment;
∎ Participate in process validation and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
