Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Major Job Role:
∎ A) Inventory Management:
∎ 1. Ensuring overall physical control of inventory lying at all showrooms, warehouses and other locations
∎ 2. Performing physical inventory audit (quarterly, half yearly and yearly) at all locations
∎ 3. Ensure monthly reconciliation of physical inventory with ERPFixed Assets Management:
∎ 4. Acting as the POC (Point of Contact) for the fixed assets management and conducting fixed assets physical counting on a regular interval
∎ 5. Ensuring overall physical control of fixed assets lying at all locations
∎
∎ B) Showroom Financial Control
∎ 6. Confirming optimum and relevant financial controls over the financial transactions occurring in showrooms across the country
∎ 7. Ensuring entry in the software of the receipts through bank POS against sales
∎ 8. Ensuring physical control of Showroom cash & other Assets
∎ 9. Conducting Showroom risk-based compliance audit (Planned) as per requirement
∎ 10. Conducting Showroom surprise visit to ensure optimum financial control
∎ 11. Conducting financial investigation at Showrooms as per needs
∎ 12. Ensuring financial hand-over/take-over at Showrooms are carried in a prescribed manner
∎ 13. Performing any other activities at the discretion of the management
