∎ Customer Engagement:
∎ 1. Meet clients to collect and analyze their requirements for diesel generator sets.
∎ 2. Assist clients in understanding the technical features and benefits of our diesel gensets.
∎ Sales & Negotiation:
∎ 1. Develop and present customized solutions to meet client needs.
∎ 2. Negotiate effectively to close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.·
∎ Market Intelligence:
∎ 1. Gather and document competitor information to stay ahead in the market.
∎ 2. Record and maintain an updated customer database and offer ledger.·
∎ Relationship Management:
∎ 1. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat orders.
∎ 2. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups.
∎ Team Collaboration:
∎ 1. Work effectively with internal teams to deliver superior service.
∎ 2. Demonstrate the ability to collaborate and cooperate with colleagues across departments.
∎ Reporting & Compliance:
∎ 1. Provide timely and accurate sales reports to supervisors.
