- Identify their needs and provide necessary support.
- Manage daily customer activities to ensure optimum satisfaction.
- Deliver outstanding service by modifying drawings as per client requirements.
- Develop, improve, and implement customer service processes and procedures.
- Resolve client issues related to design, construction, and modifications.
- Supervise project work to ensure accurate modifications per client demands.
- Coordinate with Procurement to maintain quality of major construction materials.
- Formulate and implement strategies to achieve zero customer dissatisfaction.
- Handle apartment handover, related activities, and additional customer requirements.
