Dhaka Office Opening

Senior Executive (Visa & Counselling – Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Guide students with accurate counselling and admission processes

• Prepare & check visa-related documents and manage paperwork

• Keep updated with Malaysia visa & admission requirements

• Conduct pre-interview preparation classes for students

• Submit all required documents on time

• Communicate with clients via phone, email & in-person meetings

• Hunt students from Facebook groups and provide counselling

• Carry out any tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a student consultancy firm

• Strong communication skills (Bangla & English)

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Solid knowledge of documentation & Malaysia visa process

• Experience in Malaysian student counselling sector is a plus
