Experience:

• 3 to 4 years

• 3 to 4 years

• Age 25 to 30 years

• 3–4 years of experience in graphics design, with at least 2–3 years in a full-time, relevant role

• Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects

• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, Figma, or other design software

• Experience with 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar) is a plus

• Hands-on experience in motion design, CGI animation, video editing, compositing, and VFX

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, color theory, composition, and typography

• Up-to-date with current design trends and software

• Must have a personal laptop suitable for design work

• Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing relevant work

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to work under tight deadlines

• Preferred Experience Areas:

• Product design & photography

• High-profile brochures and advertisement design

About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly creative, self-driven Graphics Designer who can think, plan, and design independently. You will work directly from our office with your own device and be responsible for producing world-class visual content that represents our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative content (graphics, motion graphics, motion-based video posters, brochures, videos, reels, etc.) for social media and marketing campaigns
• Work with design and marketing teams to develop branding materials
• Use Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic tools to produce high-quality visuals
• Create and edit AI-based content (images, short videos, text-to-image, etc.) for promotional use
• Develop digital marketing content
• Ensure all visual content aligns with company brand identity
• Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and digital marketing strategies

• Base salary: 30,000 - 40,000 BDT (depending on skills & creativity)
