• Age 23 to 33 years

• Previous experience in a Real Estate/Property Development company will be given preference.

• 
  Experience in creating real estate promotional materials, property videos, social media creatives, and digital advertisements will be an advantage.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing skills is highly preferred.

• Design creative and engaging graphics for social media, digital marketing, advertisements, brochures, banners, presentations, and other company materials.

• Create and edit professional promotional videos, reels, short-form videos, and social media content.

• Develop visual content according to the company's brand guidelines and marketing requirements.

• Work closely with the Marketing and Management teams to understand creative requirements and deliver projects within deadlines.
