Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 1 year’s experience in a student consultancy firm (mandatory requirement)
Strong communication skills in Bangla & English
Proficiency in MS Office
Solid knowledge of documentation & Malaysia visa process
Experience in the Malaysian student counselling sector will be given priority
Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide accurate student counselling and manage admission processes
- Prepare & check visa-related documents and handle paperwork
- Stay updated with Malaysia visa & admission requirements
- Conduct pre-interview preparation classes for students
- Ensure timely submission of all required documents
- Communicate with clients via phone, email & in-person meetings
- Hunt students from Facebook groups and offer counselling
- Carry out tasks assigned by management
Office Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Friday Off)
