Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and engage with the social media community, responding to comments, questions, posting and messages promptly and professionally.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively and build positive
∎ relationships with followers and influencers.
∎ Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
∎ Generate regular reports on key metrics, trends, and campaign effectiveness.
∎ Use data insights to refine strategies and optimize content.
∎ Follow up social media advertising campaigns.
∎ Ensure all content adheres to relevant laws and regulations, including copyright and data protection.
∎ Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and thematic alignment.
∎ Schedule posts at optimal times for maximum reach and engagement.
∎ Working closely with branding team, agency and management to deliver a solid monthly content.
∎ Community management with the right tone of Voice and maintain SOP for complaint management system/ suggestions.
∎ Work in collaboration with agencies and cross-functional teams .
∎ Own test management and reporting across all initiatives - working closely with the Top Management.
∎ Keeping abreast of the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media marketing.
∎ Other related job duties as assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in social media management, with a track record of successful campaign.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both Bangla & English
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.
∎ Strong Creative skills
∎ Proficiency in Social media platforms and analytics tools.
