∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales planning and development: To prepare & execute a territory sales plan, monitor achievement & take corrective action regularly. Prepare account wise sales budget defining our goals of market share and profitability. Would be responsible to product wise forecast on a regular basis to manage proper business operations.
∎ Identification and management of the target market: To identify market & customers that will contribute to the achievement of the revenue and profit, develop & implement an aggressive penetration strategy, improve efficiency of sales process by using sales tools, CRM and opportunity pipeline.
∎ Relationship management: Manage professional and appropriate relationship with stakeholders through face to face & virtual contact. Establish & manage an effective communication process with customers & stakeholders to keep them updated with relevant information and services.
∎ Market intelligence: Use & maintain of database to obtain, update, and evaluate market trends, application of products & technology, service needs, intelligence on competitors etc.
∎ People and function management: Train and coach the direct reports and develop the succession plan in order to improve work efficiency, quality and professional skills of the team members.
∎ Networking: Manage a strong network with internal & external stakeholders & maintain a healthy business relationship with trade and professional organizations.
