∎ Master of Science (MSc) in MBA, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in BBA, Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Intelligence, COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE, Good communication skills, Production, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, Trading or Export/Import, Wholesale
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop comprehensive and aligned marketing plans, strategies.
∎ Manage the creation of all marketing collateral and sales support tools.
∎ Enhance customer relationship management process and technologies.
∎ Process card applications in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction with Inbound and Outbound calling.
∎ Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet customer needs and to ensure quality service at all times
∎ Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable Customer value
∎ Conduct research and evaluation of vendor solution and manage relationships.
∎ Monitoring inter department marketing activity.
∎ Monitor subordinates.
∎ Allocate production capacity.
∎ Following up with regular customers for Inquires.
∎ Following up Local and Oversee Internal Communications.
∎ Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
∎ Converting inquiries to orders.
∎ Coordinating with the dispatch department of respective customers.
∎ Following payments.
∎ Maintaining and updating customer databases.
∎ Monitoring competitor activity.
∎ Manage all process as a office executive.
∎ Any other Job assigned By the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellence in business communications (both in speaking and writing in English).
∎ Able to execute multiple tasks.
∎ Strong communication and analytical skills.
∎ Problem solving.
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
