Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Craft and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the resort's goals, focusing on maximizing occupancy rates, bringing corporate events and increasing average daily rates (ADR).
∎ Develop and manage innovative marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote the resort’s unique offerings. This includes digital marketing, social media, PR, content creation, and traditional advertising.
∎ Maintain and enhance the resort's brand image by ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials.
∎ Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions, aiming to improve customer retention and drive sales growth.
∎ Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Use insights to adjust strategies and stay ahead of market demands.
∎ Work closely with the operations, food and beverage, and events teams to ensure that sales and marketing efforts are aligned with the resort’s overall business strategy.
∎ Monitor sales and marketing performance, preparing regular reports for senior management. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
