We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our digital marketing services, closing deals, and contributing to business growth. This role demands both telesales and strategic marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through outbound calls and digital channels
• Qualify leads and present company services in a persuasive manner
• Address client inquiries and handle objections effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Close sales and ensure post-sale follow-ups for long-term engagement
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with client needs
• Meet monthly sales targets — bonus applicable upon achieving targets
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and performance
