Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA (Marketing) or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 28 to 35 years

• 3-5 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to achieving sales goals.

Position Overview:

Basumati Construction Limited is looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Executive, Sales & Marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote our construction projects and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet organizational goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.

• Promote our construction projects to potential clients through various marketing channels.

• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports to present to clients and management.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand competitors.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
