A reputed real estate company with 30 years property development business background is looking for ambitious, hardworking, self -motivated, career-oriented sales and marketing professional with good communication skills for its Sandwich Panel Units for the Bangladesh market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via meetings, telephone calls and email for marketing of our products. Planning & organizing for different sales activities.

  • To formulate strategic plan to achieve growth and meet sales target.

  • To plan & direct activities of the field sales force to secure maximum sales volume and profit target.

  • To develop strategies and objectives with regard to revenue, profitability and market opportunities.

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Create and develop new innovative ways to communicate with the corporate clients.
