∎ Arrange and frequently visit to client to sell land.
∎ Achieve growth and monthly sales target.
∎ Must be outspoken, creative and lively.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 years related experience in sales position.
∎ Experience to sell land in a Reputed Real Estate Company.
∎ Ability to connect at the senior level.
∎ Physical Features: Sound health, energetic and sporty.
∎ Hardworking
∎ Strong negotiable skills
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Excellent in multitasking & stress management skills
∎ Ability to work independently and within a team environment
∎ Needs to be self-motivated
