Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement PR strategies that align with the company's mission and vision.
∎ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to build trust and maintain a positive brand image.
∎ Proactively identify potential threats and design strategies to mitigate risks.
∎ Take decisive action to address issues, protect the company’s reputation, and ensure transparency in all situations.
∎ Create and explore innovative approaches to overcome PR challenges.
∎ Conduct research and analysis to develop fresh ideas for campaigns, strategies, and communication methods.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and community leaders.
∎ Represent the company in press conferences, public events, and interviews when necessary.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design impactful PR campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
∎ Evaluate the success of PR initiatives and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
∎ Act as a guardian of the company’s ethics, values, and vision by addressing unethical behaviors or practices.
∎ Advocate for truth, transparency, and fairness in all communications and dealings.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ 8 Hours duty/day (Break 1 Hour).
∎ Weekly 1 day leave and will get all govt. holiday.
