Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work closely with Seniors to understand data needs, including critical metrics and KPIs.
∎ Acquire data from primary and secondary sources from different unit as project requires.
∎ Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for project result.
∎ Suggest best practices and operational solutions to address gaps and bottlenecks.
∎ Assess feasibility, costs and potential business value of proposed suggestion.
∎ Review the implementation of improvements.
