Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Coordinate preparation of magazine layouts, dummies, and final content.
∎ • Update and curate content for regular magazine sections, including data updates and news collection from writers, daily newspapers, websites and other channels.
∎ • Oversee advertisement insertion and placement, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
∎ • Attend meetings and events for preparing illustrated news/reports.
∎ • Prepare, proofread, and finalize reports, articles, and advertisements.
∎ • Work closely with designers to prepare magazine layouts, directory designs, and advertisements.
∎ • Ensure all designs meet accuracy and quality standards before publication.
