• 6-7 year (s).The applicants should have experience in the area of mechanical management in any reputed Garments, Textile (woven denim bottom).

• Ability to work under pressure & take challenges. supportive and collaborative work environment.

• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good team player, well-organized, initiative, and detail-oriented.

• Should have knowledge on internet, e-mailing, Microsoft Tools and Auto Cad.

• Dynamic, well organized, self-driven, good communication skill, good personality with leadership skill and positive attitude.

• Experience in Mechanical maintenance work of sewing related machines will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities across the factory.

• Ensure the adherence to engineering standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements during erection work.

• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance measures to ensure their optimal performance.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance and repair activities of workshop equipment, machinery, tools.

• Ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials for workshop operations.

• Ensure compliance with Electro-mechanical safety regulations and standards.

• Train and educate employees on mechanical safety protocols and procedures.

• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement processes to minimize downtime.

• Responsible for buyers Engineering related audit and prepare documents and Checklist for the audit purpose.

• Supervision of Mechanic, Technicians and all subordinates.

• Monitoring and supervision of workplace safety issues.

• Any other task assigned by management.
