Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Graduation from any discipline (preferably business background) from any reputed University of Bangladesh

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively with customer
∎ Able to create new customers & increase sales volume
∎ Daily Client/Market visit and report on all sales activities.
∎ Create new clients and market visit for searching new customer.
∎ Sales mindset
∎ Plan and carry out direct sales activities.
∎ Contact with several corporate sector as well as different educational institution for searching new customer.
∎ Visit potential customers on regular basis and maintain client database.
∎ Establish and maintain good relationship with customer.
∎ Keep the management update on periodical sales progress.
∎ Must be target oriented and should have spirit to achieve target.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet target & tight deadlines.
∎ Expand new market area and increase the sales volume.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s) in Real Estate or Interior Sector
∎ MS word/MS Excel knowledge is preferable.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing
