Advertising Ageny, Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing agency brief and providing the specific requirements for campaign creative development.
∎ Overseeing all project branding initiatives including fencing, hoarding, info board, pre brochure, brochure, website content, etc.
∎ Crafting compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns, social media posts, print ads, etc.).
∎ Developing all social media collaterals & project-specific design assets.
∎ Working to maintain strong market intelligence, keeping up to date on consumer and societal trends, researching the strategies of our competitors, and making recommendations for changes to our own strategies.
∎ Monitoring the agencies to ensure actual delivery.
∎ Ensuring proper execution of SEO initiatives in collaboration with the supplier.
∎ Preparing and publishing blog posts, video content, and other digital assets to boost audience engagement.
∎ Coordinating new developments for the company website and keeping it up to date.
∎ Tracking website traffic and suggesting actions to improve the number of unique visitors and average time on site.
∎ Conducting weekly website audits and reporting findings accordingly.
∎ Checking project cleanliness & other salability factors periodically and suggesting actions to make them ready for visiting.
∎ Corporate & employee branding.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be proactive, team player, and positive.
Salary: Negotiable
