Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Highly knowledgeable about Real Estate Marketing & present scenario.
∎ Able to lead a group of team members for marketing and business development.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new customers for motivated.
∎ Weekly business meetings with top management and providing market feedback.
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position.
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required.
∎ Good command of MS Office applications & Internet.
∎ Follow up with customers regarding flat sales communications.
∎ Propose & implement different plans for increase Sales.
∎ Preparing Marketing plan, presentation and giving demonstration.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new customers;
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer;
∎ Any other's task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 6 to 10 years in Reputed Real Estate Sector.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real estate, properties, land & development, sales & Marketing and Construction.
∎ Should be good in written & spoken English.
∎ Should have good presentation skill
∎ Outstanding presence of mind with dynamic decision-making capability.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have computer proficiency (MS office suites, internet browsing, and email using capability).
Salary:
∎ 25,000 - 110,000
