Sound knowledge of knit fabric structures, yarn types, and machine settings.
Strong understanding of RFT, OTD, and fabric quality parameters.

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and production monitoring tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic, technically sound, and self-motivated professional to join our Knitting Department as Senior Executive – Knitting (Production). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in knitting operations, ensuring Right First Time (RFT) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance, maintaining fabric quality, and minimizing process loss.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute daily knitting production programs to meet shipment timelines.
Ensure RFT and OTD for all buyer orders, especially H&M.
Maintain required fabric quality, GSM, and dimensional accuracy.
Identify and reduce process loss in yarn and fabric through effective control and analysis.
Supervise and monitor knitting floor activities, machine operation, and efficiency.
Coordinate closely with Planning, Quality, Dyeing, and Maintenance teams for smooth production flow.
Ensure order closing and maintain accurate production reports and records.
Train and guide operators to enhance productivity and product quality.
Follow buyer technical specifications, safety standards, and internal SOPs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve cost, quality, and efficiency goals.
