Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist department head to develop different policies to enhance efficiency.
∎ Work hard to achieve periodical target set by the head of the department.
∎ Ensure regular installment from the customer as per payment schedule.
∎ Continual follow up of regular installment against each sale.
∎ Find out defaulter customers, communicate with them and resolve accordingly.
∎ Arrange and participate coordination meeting with concerned department/personnel on behalf of Investment Realization Department.
∎ Prepare and update various types of periodical report.
∎ Maintain up to date database of each and every client.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of Investment Realization Department.
∎ Preserve legal & supporting papers of all projects to ensure prompt support.
∎ Support all clients (existing & potential) to get loan from financial institutions/bank.
∎ Uphold company’s reputation by providing highest level of customer service in all respect.
∎ Prepare closing statement of each and every apartment at the time of handover.
∎ Any other job related task assigned by the supervisor.
