Check the vendors' bill compliance with Tax & VAT
Check and verify the GRN
Check and verify the CS after price negotiation with the vendor
Check cash bills (e.g., conveyance bill, fuel bill, and daily expenditure-related expenses)
Check the daily cashbook
Attend spot purchase and payment disbursement
Reconcile sales commission, payback, buying commission, and top-up
Perform bank reconciliation
Conduct inventory audit and cash audit
Reconcile salary
Visit subcontract vendors
Reconcile sales and expenses
Visit markets for product sourcing
Prepare cost reports for various items
Build relationships with vendors through communication
Perform any task assigned by management
