BBA/MBA in Accounting or Finance from any reputed university.

CACC/Partly qualified CA or CMA will be preferred.

• Check the vendors' bill compliance with Tax & VAT

• Check and verify the GRN

• Check and verify the CS after price negotiation with the vendor

• Check cash bills (e.g., conveyance bill, fuel bill, and daily expenditure-related expenses)

• Check the daily cashbook

• Attend spot purchase and payment disbursement

• Reconcile sales commission, payback, buying commission, and top-up

• Perform bank reconciliation

• Conduct inventory audit and cash audit

• Reconcile salary

• Visit subcontract vendors

• Reconcile sales and expenses

• Visit markets for product sourcing

• Prepare cost reports for various items

• Build relationships with vendors through communication

• Perform any task assigned by management
