∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the audit plan and submit it to the HOD
∎ Perform the audit and identify risk and recommend operations' effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
∎ Review the existing operational flows and business activities to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness
∎ Perform an audit on existing inventory management and make recommendations/ SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for controlling inventory
∎ Check internal administrative and accounting controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with laws and the regulations
∎ Investigate occurrences of fraud, embezzlement, and theft, waste and recommend controls to prevent or detect such occurrences
∎ Prepare SOPs across business processes/ departments
∎ Monitor engagement outcomes and conduct appropriate follow-up by the internal audit activity
∎ Verify process and documentation to prevent excess, duplicate, and wrong payments
∎ Conduct audits on an ad-hoc basis/ as assigned by management teams
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
