∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ 1. Understanding of ERP workflows, business process mapping, and change management principles.
∎ 2. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or industry-specific ERP (e.g., textile, garments).
∎ 3. Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
∎ 4. Ability to analyze data and translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
∎ 5. Capable of performing effectively under pressure, including during extended hours or weekends when required.
∎ 6. Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
∎ 7. Knowledge of SQL and basic software troubleshooting is a plus.
∎ 8. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau for reporting and analysis is a plus.
∎ 9. Relevant certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or ERP-specific credentials are an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document ERP requirements across departments.
∎ 2. Support project planning and execution during ERP rollout, upgrades, or module implementations.
∎ 3. Coordinate with technical teams for configuration, customization, and deployment activities.
∎ 4. Conduct functional testing, data validation, and end-user acceptance tests to ensure proper system behavior.
∎ 5. Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and department heads.
∎ 6. Act as the first line of support during and post-implementation phases, addressing user queries and issues.
∎ 7. Assist in data migration, master data setup, and integrity checks.
∎ 8. Monitor usage and ensure adoption across business units through feedback and follow-ups.
∎ 9. Provide detailed reports on project progress, user feedback, issue tracking, and enhancement suggestions.
∎ 10. Ensure implementation documentation is up to date, including user manuals and process flows.
∎ 11. Maintain clear communication between the development team and users to facilitate continuous improvement.
