• Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or MCSE will be considered a significant.

• Ability to prioritize for deadlines.

• Ensure day to day POS application related issues with priority.

• Monitor and troubleshooting to ensure 100% availability for both the surveillance system (NVRs, IP cameras, network switches) with regular recording backups and the attendance system with user management, and data validation.

• Coordinate CRM development and other technical integrations aligned with business requirements.

• Manage e-commerce hosting and ensure seamless integration for efficient online operations.

• Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot network (internet/intranet) issues to ensure maximum uptime and optimal performance.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user hardware (workstations, printers, and scanners etc.) and basic applications (Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365 tools etc.).

• Maintain the communication with vendors and service providers to ensure prompt and effective advanced technical support.

• Manage ICT inventory, procurement, service & repairs, and coordinate related payments, which will help to prepare yearly ICT budget.

• Manage Active Directory user accounts in compliance with company policies.

• Ensure the implementation of IT security policies for end-users, including data backups, antivirus management, and user access controls etc.

• Maintain detailed documentation for all ICT processes, systems, assets and prepare monthly reports.

• Provide ICT support during audits and inventory checks across all locations.

• Plan, deploy, and upgrade ICT infrastructure as required for new outlets as well as existing setups.

• Configure, and install various network devices including Cisco routers, switches, and access points.

• Having strong knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud environments such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.

• Assist the ERP team with technical support and system development tailored to Sailor’s operational needs.

• Conduct basic training and knowledge-sharing emails/sessions to enhance ICT literacy and capability among users.
