Responsibilities & Context:
∎ NZ World Tours & Travels is seeking an experienced male candidate for the role of Senior Executive in the HR Department.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment & Selection: Manage hiring processes and coordinate staffing needs.
∎ Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts.
∎ Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems and organize training programs.
∎ Compensation & Benefits: Administer salaries and employee benefits.
∎ HR Policies & Procedures: Develop and ensure compliance with HR policies.
∎ Training & Development: Design and monitor training programs.
∎ HR Analytics & Reporting: Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ Graduation from a reputed university.
∎ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
∎ Strong understanding of HR practices.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
