Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the development of creative assets for various marketing and branding campaigns.
∎ Support the Assistant Manager – Marketing (IMC) in executing publication designs, including brochures, reports, presentations, and branding materials.
∎ Prepare design layouts, finalize artworks, and ensure pixel-perfect detailing for print and digital outputs.
∎ Create motion graphics and short-form videos for social media, AVs, and internal presentations.
∎ Work on initial concepts for new creative projects, which will later be refined and finalized by the supervising manager.
∎ Ensure all deliverables align with the brand’s visual identity, tone, and guidelines.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals, timelines, and design requirements.
∎ Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
∎ Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to contribute fresh ideas to the creative process.
∎ Maintain an organized file management system for all ongoing and complete design projects.
