Responsibilities & Context:
Develop 3D garment designs using CLO software as per buyer requirements
Experience with Kmart Australia will be given priority
Support the design & product development team for buyer meetings
Interpret tech packs and convert concepts into design samples
Coordinate with merchandising and sampling teams to ensure timely execution
Maintain updated design libraries and trend research
Ensure design accuracy and alignment with buyer expectations
