Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounts and Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts and Finance
∎ Training/Trade Course: VAT, TAX, FDI,Cost management, Profit and Loss Analysis
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain accounts records including ledger, cash book, cheque, salary register, petty cash, invoice & vouchers
∎ Analyze and evaluate financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, cost sheets
∎ Engage in the activities related to the Finance & Accounts Department such as budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis etc
∎ Take responsibility for properly keeping records of revenues, expenses, funds at hand & bank, general ledger, payable/receivable, payroll, etc
∎ Maintain and administer company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record Implement a proper reporting system for controlling and monitoring all financial transactions
∎ Take responsibility of company's income Tax, TDS and VAT related activities
∎ Good knowledge in Local Lc & import Lc, PI verify before BTB Lc open, Lc costing
∎ Good knowledge in accounting software of 'Tally and ERP'
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and year end closing and different kinds of financial report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years experience
∎ Both males & females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of ERP system, Accounting Software
∎ MS Office Proficiency is essential
∎ Self-motivated, Independent & Confident
∎ Good communication skills in English
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)

∎ Nature of the work : Day shift, full time
∎ Work place : Uttara, Sector-14, Dhaka
∎ Management responsibility : Yes
∎ Business trip : No
