Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline.
∎ Graduation in Accounting/ Finance will get preference.
∎ Professional Qualification: Any professional degree related to Vat/ Tax will be considered as an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To issue VAT-11, VAT-11ka, VAT-6.3, VAT-6.6
∎ To maintain factory level all VAT registration (6.1, 6.2, 6.2.1 etc.).
∎ Prepare monthly VAT return (VAT-9.1).
∎ Prepare Input-Output coefficient, monthly VAT return and submit with necessary required docu-ments
∎ Formulate TR Challan & deposit to the bank.
∎ To prepare Input- Output co efficient (4.3) declaration.
∎ Price declaration through VAT-1.
∎ To face any kind of VAT audit and VDS knowledge and collect VDS challan from customer.
∎ Ensure VAT Challans for every delivery of products.
∎ Frequent movement with VAT office and customer end.
∎ Prepare Quarterly/yearly reports and confirm VAT rebates with coordination of VAT process under group
∎ Reporting & Implementing VAT compliance.
∎ Maintain Positive Relationship with circle office.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the dept. Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be self-motivated, strong interpersonal & communication skills with leadership qualities.
∎ Demonstrative knowledge of the application, principles, theory and practice of the indirect tax
∎ Comprehensive understanding of all existing Policies and Procedures in relation to VAT and application in a changeable and challenging environment
∎ Able to work under pressure for extensive hours.
