Responsibilities & Context:
The Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting and selling animal feed products to the targeted audience. This role combines a deep understanding of the product, market dynamics, and the unique needs of livestock farmers to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Job ResponsibilitiesProvide yearly Feed sales forecast based on market survey & analysis. Team building for feed sales and monitoring the team as well. Responsible for overall planning, promotion and sales activities of the team. Develop agents in the gap markets to explore business opportunities. Collect information and monitor product performance regularly to ensure customer satisfaction. To ensure maximizing potential retailers & dealers. Meet monthly sales targets and identify new clients to expand the company`s sales and collection. Manage field marketing activities through field visits & observation. Develop and maintain excellent trade relations with the clients/Dealers. Be well-informed about market developments, and competitor activities and Provide feedback to the management. Performing in-depth research in identifying new market opportunities. Implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Create and maintain monthly sales reports for different regions. Training and development of team members. Any other job assigned by the Management
