Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Issue Reports, KPI Reports, Report on Strategic KPIs and initiatives, Other Reports.
∎ Assist HRMIA in Preparing Audit Committee Reports and follow-up thereon.
∎ Co-Ordinate the updates on a project and Prepare Project Progress Reports.
∎ Review supporting documents that verify and match the documents to ensure the accuracy of the transaction of the organization and functional activities and the adequacy and effectiveness of those activities.
∎ Report observations and initiating improvements through agreed-upon procedure with process owners for correcting unsatisfactory conditions, improving operations, and reducing cost.
∎ Perform special tasks on request of the Management.
∎ Maintain effective working relationships with business and service management.
∎ Develop tools and techniques, also take initiative to coach/mentor peers.
∎ Support to prepare Annual Risk Assessments and yearly Internal Audit Plans.
∎ Conducting reviews of assigned organizational and functional activities and to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the management controls over those activities.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to process structured / unstructured data, data cleansing.
∎ Should be proficient with Excel, PPT.
∎ Proficient in using some BI tool i.e. Power BI, R, Tableau, Qliksence, Yellofin, Oracle BI, DOMO, IBM cognos etc. should be an added advantage.
∎ Good command in Microsoft Office package
