- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Clear concept of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel & Power Point.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: Head Office (Dhaka)
- Prepare effective working plans and execute corporate business promotion and digital marketing strategies through attractive branding of consumer like brands.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for modern trade, online and other key account channels.
- Generating innovative ideas & developing promotional tools.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide sales forecasts, reports and market insights.
- Lead, motivate and support team members to maximize performance.
- Monitoring the business movement of assigned portfolio.
