• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• 1 to 3 years

• Age 28 to 35 years

• 1–3 years of proven experience in retail/ modern trade business in a reputed company.
• Must have experienced in retail marketing, super shop marketing & online marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and sales tools is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Clear concept of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel & Power Point.

Job Location: Head Office (Dhaka)

• Prepare effective working plans and execute corporate business promotion and digital marketing strategies through attractive branding of consumer like brands.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for modern trade, online and other key account channels.
• Generating innovative ideas & developing promotional tools.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Analyze competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide sales forecasts, reports and market insights.
• Lead, motivate and support team members to maximize performance.
• Monitoring the business movement of assigned portfolio.
