∎ Should have knowledge about sales contact, BTB LC, PI & BTB LC clause, and LC in co-terms.
∎ Skill in commercial Invoices, Packing lists, BL, Fright invoices, Shipping Bill, Exp. Forms etc.
∎ Overall skill about UD & UD terms and clauses.
∎ Knowledge about BD bank's updated circular.
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive / Executive for Cash Incentive section in the Commercial department.
∎ Job location will be Head Office, Gulshan - 2, Dhaka.
∎ Maintaining proper liaison with Audit Firm and custom audit regarding any observations.
∎ Collaborating with audit personnel.
∎ Take necessary initiatives to meet the audit file's queries.
∎ Maintaining Liaison with Bank Personnel.
∎ Arrange Bank Certificates.
∎ Arrange and follow up with Bank PRC.
∎ Able to apply data in BGMEA software for BGMEA certificate.
∎ Tracking Freight Forwarders.
∎ Assist in maintaining Export-Import documents.
∎ Re-arranging Export-Import documents for incentive.
∎ Calculation for knit composite unit to apply cash BTMA.
∎ Maintaining Incentive Cash Flow Statement.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
