Additional Requirements:
∎ • 2 years of experience in the event industry
∎ • Knowledge about business exhibition and expo is a plus
∎ • Bachelor's degree with an excellent communication skill
∎ • Good command of English & Bangla
∎ • Well-mannered and know the etiquette

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Conducts short- and long-term planning and management for events
∎ • Trains, supervises and works with event staff as well as the planning, merchandising and execution of the functions
∎ • Collaborate with event organisers to manage event delivery
∎ • Develop final event logistics plans to support project plans
∎ • Lead negotiation with vendors to secure service contracts within the event budget
∎ • Manage execution of event logistics plans to support project plans
∎ • Review vendors' project deliverables to ensure quality standards
