∎ • Bachelor's degree with an excellent communication skill
∎ • Females are encouraged to apply
∎ • 1-2 years of experience in the event industry is a plus but freshers are encouraged to apply too
∎ • Good computer knowledge
∎ • Efficient typing skills in English
∎ • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word & Power Point)
∎ • Proficient in English & Bangla
∎ • Customer serve orientation
∎ • Have confidence in meeting upper management of different companies
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Conducts short- and long-term planning and management for events
∎ • Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans and objectives and manage within those approved plans
∎ • Explore and find targeted companies to meet the targeted person
∎ • Collaborate with event organizers to manage event delivery
∎ • Develop final event logistics plans to support project plans
∎ • Manage escalated on-site issues
