Accounts, Busniess analyst, ERP Implementation, Erp software, Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience in ERP in any vertical with core modules (Accounts & Finance, Sales & Commercial, Inventory, etc.)
∎ Work closely with the ERP development/implementation team and complete the ERP installation as advised by the supervisor.
∎ Monitor data entry from each department and any ERP data entry or report generation problem.
∎ Assist during the testing phase of new developments and implement them in the live system.
∎ Conduct and coordinate the training activities and provide support throughout the office.
∎ Input data of order summary also analyze data from time to time also create reports on Projection Record.
∎ Create reports on the growth plans and achievement records.
∎ Ensure the smooth running of all modules and also assists to coordinate with various teams with data.
∎ Provide ERP support to all office staff. Identify and engage appropriate project team members.
∎ Ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
∎ Ensure projects adhere to frameworks.
∎ Drive best practices for project execution and management.
∎ Give support for successful Implementation & Post-Implementation of ERP applications.
∎ Provides guidance and specialized functional knowledge to internal and external contacts.
∎ Provide training to the users and ensure sustainability.
∎ Ability to learn and teach new technologies and skills as new technology is introduced.
∎ Issue tracking, status reports, and executive communications.
∎ Ensures problems are effectively escalated and crisis management activated, as needed.
∎ Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
∎ Take part in any kind of ICT support
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have depth knowledge of ERP Software Design & Development &extensive knowledge of ERP and other Enterprise Applications
∎ Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
∎ The applicants should have Excellent customer service skills, an Attitude to meet difficult deadlines, the Ability to work on tight deadlines, Attentive to detailed tasks.
∎ The applicants should have problem-solving skills and technical expertise in the area of software development and implementation
∎ The applicants should have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Office, Project, and Visio is a must.
∎ Advanced organizational/time management and project management skills and multitasking abilities.
∎ Advanced knowledge of project development life cycle, including the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple complex tasks
∎ Ability to coordinate issues identification and resolution between clients and the development team.
∎ Ability to lead and supervise others if required
