Responsibilities & Context:

Multi-Platform Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google

Ads,TikTok, and LinkedIn

Manage monthly ad budgets of BDT 40-50 Lakh+ across multiple platforms

Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, seasonal trends, and cultural events (Eid,

Pohela Boishakh, Durga Puja, Victory Day, wedding seasons)

Create and execute product launch campaigns for Sony, Haier, Smart, and partner brands

Coordinate with creative teams for campaign assets (graphics, videos, copy)

Platform-Specific Responsibilities

Facebook & Instagram (35% of digital budget)

Manage Facebook Ads Manager for carousel ads, video ads, story ads, and reels

Execute the 40-40-20 content rule: 40% educational, 40% engaging, 20% promotional

Create and manage Facebook/Instagram Reels (2-3 per week), video posts, image posts, and stories

Manage Meta Business Suite for scheduling, posting, and analytics
